The Accommodation

The Chalet is situated in a Tranquil rural location , midway between Cheste and Villamarchante (both 5 Kms)

and set back 1 Km from the road in a slightly elevated position enjoying scenic views over the Valencian

countryside & distant mountains .

Consisting of 2 Bedrooms , 1 Double with King size Bed & pine furniture , 1 with 2 single Beds & pine furniture.

There is a large open plan Living/Dining area with Sofa-bed & fully equipped Kitchen & a Bathroom with a

Shower. Both heated & Air Conditioned for all year occupancy . The Living area has a TV. DVD player with

a selection of films , Playstation for the kids & Hi-Fi system with a selection of CD`s . Fully tiled throughout

French doors lead out to a full tiled Covered Terrace & a sun Terrace , complete with sun loungers & patio

furniture, views over the neighbouring farmland , hills & distant mountains .Secluded and private .

Outside There is a 8.5 x 4.5 metre swimming pool , sun loungers, a gazebo with table & chairs 

for you to relax and enjoy a cool afternoon drink in the shade .

Note. The Chalet is situated within the friendly English/German owners own large grounds & is 50 metres

away from the main house. The Chalet is totally private and not overlooked . Enjoy your stay !

The Area

The Property is situated midway between Cheste and Villamarchante , both of which have ample shopping

opportunities and are both only a 5 minute drive by car.

The Ricardo Tormo Racing Circuit can also be found in Chest . As well as hosting the annual moto GP at

the end of October / November & the European round of the formula 1 GP in August , it is also used 

by many formula 1 teams for out of season testing.

The town of Lliria (county town of the turia valley) with it's many shops , bars , café's & restaurants

is only a 15 minute drive by car.

The City of Valencia with it's wonderful Culture , Architecture , many places of interest , including the

Museum of Science, Art & Nature along with the L`Oceanografic (sea world ) and many blue flag award

winning beaches (most half empty during the week , even in summer ) is just over half an hours drive away .

Bunol , home to the famous tomato throwing contest ( Tomatina ) in late August is just 20 mins drive away.

Please note : Although there is plenty to do ( see our Activities page ) this is still a rural location and would  be especially

 suitable for those people wanting a relaxing holiday in the peace & quite of a tranquil country location in the

"real Spain" as the area is relatively quite in terms of action & night life !  Car hire highly recommended.

Activities

Apart from just relaxing and enjoying the peace and quite of the beautiful Valencian countryside

you could  enjoy many other activities during your stay here if you choose.

Trail/Enduro Bike riding through the Riverbeds , Pine Forests & Mountains.

Hire a mountain Bike and explore the many Tracks with or without a fully Trained O.T.C. guide.

Visit the many Museums & Historical Buildings in Valencia including L`Oceanografic ( sea World ) which is the

 largest marine park in Europe , with a dolphinarium , 70 metre underwater tunnel , Tropical dome & panoramic Aquariums .

Check out some Bull Fighting in the Plaza del Torros or Visit picturesque Villages like  Chuilla, Requena & Bumol

famous for the Tomatina (Tomato ) throwing festival at the end of August .

Spend a day/Evening at a country & Weston Ranch in Casinos were you try out horse riding & have a B.B.Q

  and a spot of Dancing.  Shopping and eating out can be found at Bonaire & Heron city ,

Both of which have an abundance of good Restaurants , Bars , shops and boutiques.

Las Fallas is a huge local fiesta between 15 and 19 of March with all day street parties ,

 hand made floats + figures and a massive fireworks display.

The Ricardo Tormo Race circuit in Cheste Hosts the Moto Grand Prix at the end of October/November

as well as out of season Formula 1 testing .

 The European round of the Formula 1 GP in Valencia City (August). 

Aquopolis water park in Cullera , just south of Valencia.

& Club de Golf  Escorpion  are all situated reasonably nearby .
